Most firearm transfers are ready for pickup within 24–48hours after the firearm is delivered to our shop. Once your firearm has been received, inspected,and entered into our records, we will contact you to schedule pickup.

A delayed background check does not necessarilymean you have been denied. The FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System(NICS) may require additional time to complete your background check. We will securely store yourfirearm while the delay is being resolved and notify you as soon as we receive an updated status.

The seller should include: A copy of theirFFL (if applicable), Your full name and contact information, The make, model, and serial number ofthe firearm (if available), Tracking information once the firearm has shipped. If the seller needs acopy of our FFL, simply have them contact us and we’ll provide it promptly.

Yes. We facilitate private party firearm transfers inaccordance with all applicable federal and Texas laws. If a transfer requires processing through aFederal Firearms Licensee (FFL), both parties should contact us beforehand so we can explain theprocess and schedule the transfer.

Absolutely. Multiple firearms can often betransferred during the same transaction. Additional firearms transferred at the same time areeligible for our reduced transfer pricing. Contact us if you’re purchasing several firearms so we canhelp coordinate the shipment.

Yes. We accept transfers for suppressors, short-barreled rifles(SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), machine guns (where legally transferable), and otherfirearms regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA). We can assist you throughout thetransfer process and help answer questions regarding ATF paperwork and requirements.

Many transfers can beaccepted from private individuals, provided they comply with all applicable federal and state laws.Requirements vary depending on the firearm and the seller’s location. Please contact us before thefirearm is shipped so we can confirm the correct shipping procedure.

Please bring: A valid government-issuedphoto ID, Any additional residency documentation, Payment for applicable transfer fees, Additionaldocumentation may be required depending on federal or state regulations (Ie) tax stamps.

No problem. We will securely store your firearmuntil you’re able to complete the transfer. Storage fees may apply after the grace period outlined inour transfer policy.
